While sleeping this week, I woke up with a backache. I thought that maybe it is a lack of calcium, or it is just my sleeping position which is wrong. I have tried to sleep having lots of pillows surrounding me and changing positions, but I feel more tired of moving my arms here and there than having a good rest.. Do you have any trick to sleep more comfortably?

Hi,
It is important to get an enough sleep,so that you will stay fresh for the
next day.
To get a good sleep, firstly is to brush your teeth and wash your face.
Then drink a cup of warm water/milk.
Get ready your bed, especially the pillow position. Try to sleep in theHav position
that makes you feel comfortable. Of course, different people might have
different sleep position.
For me, I like to sleep by turning my body to the right side,it means I am not lying straight on my bed.and I need to have a bolster with me.
I will only cover myself with blanket when I feel cold during midnight.
and I also don't wear those thick pyjama.
I prefer to wear something light and not too tight.
Also off the light when you are sleeping,or if you scare of darkness, then just On a dim light inside the room.
Sleep tight and have a sweet dream !!

I used to wake up stiff and worn out. I would tell my friend that waking up was the most painful experience of my life and she would laugh at me and call me crazy but it was the truth. I would highly recommend either taking a yoga class or just learning about different yoga poses. There are many how to video's on youtube and pictorial guides on the internets. It really helped me and the best part is I don't hurt in the morning. Its amazing =D good luck.
