Why did you join MyLot?

I did a few years ago because my wife told me to and she said you can supposedly make money by doing it. So, I joined and was active for a while before forgetting about it. I have been back for about a week now. We'll see how long I last. Definately not the best money making tool, but I do enjoy the convesations.

Herro kbjunior15 Originally I joined for the perceived income. I joined in 2006, but got discouraged because I didn't know how to enhance my participation. I went away for a while, came back, then left again. When I came back this time, due to the urgings of two special friends, I really paid attention to how people responded. I watched and listened. This past two months I've had a ball. Am I earning, yes, I reached payout in 2months. However, I have health issue. I am susceptible to Alzheimer. My neurologist suggested I keep my brain active. What better way then mylot. I also have neuropathy in my hands. The exercise if good for my hands. So. I am a member for the fun, the learning, my friends and finally to earn a few dollars. Prosperous mylotting

Honest question for an honest answer. So honeslty I decided to join mylot for the money. Now knowing mylot isn't that great on the money, i'm still here because of determination. I'm a little tired of people saying that they decided to join mylot because of the communication, the topic, and its a learning experience. Really? lol that excuse is getting old already for me. But maybe its the truth for them, but for me....Plain and simple. I decided to join for the money. And I'm going after it. At some point mylot will become old news for me, and it did for you, as you explained, you forgot about it. But im here now, and is not going anywhere! happy mylotting!!

Very honest answer. If we are all honest, we KNOW that we joined for the money aspect of it:)

Dude, don't even think about quitting. You're the first person on my friend list who posts sports discussions! You know who Mike & Mike are! Heed your wife's first advice. Think about those pennies adding up. Every little bit helps, right?

Oh yeah, I should answer your question. lol I joined for a friend. She referred me, and I felt like I owed it to her to join since she could make some money if I joined and started posting. Soon, I liked it, but she ended up quitting. I've been here ever since.

hi kbjunior I joined mylot three years ago because i was forced to retire at 80 from the library job I had for 23 years. I was bored silly with so much time and so little money from my social security check so I signed on and I have nothing but fun and enjoyment from my time here . I have learned so much a nd made some wonderful friends all over the world so I am most contentto stay here and enjoy and make a little money too.I do make enough to pay my internet bill each month.I really do enjoy being here at my age as Iam partly physically handicapped.

Wow, that stinks about losing your job. I am a Language Arts teacher so I have a special place in my heart for librians. Our school librarian, a very special lady that I hold dear to my heart, just retired. So, this school year will be our first without her. She had started 7 book clubs in our building and had done so many countless other things. We are going to miss her so much. Thanks for your work as a librarian. I am sure you helped create quite a few readers along the way.

Hey kb! Well, I must say you certainly are a great discussion starter! If you are here to make money you are going to be a bit disappointed. You have to have alot of time and patience to spend here to make even the minimum payout, but I love it here and have been here for 3 years continuously. I started out here for the money, which I do need even if it is just a little, but I stayed for the people I met and keep meeting. I must admit I am still addicted as I was from the first day I got here. I had never been in any type of real forum except for the one that got me here and that one was to find out about one that scammed me!lol I'm not a discussion started, just mainly a responder, but I enjoy it so much and spend way too much time on here, but then again I don't have much of an exciting life at the moment!

Thanks Opal. I have enjoyed the discussions with you on varioys posts and I hope that you will continue to read and respond to them. The conversation is great and you get to earn a few pennies, too. Thanks for making me feel right at home here on MyLot. I look forward to many more discussions in the future. I'll start them and you can respond. Does that work? LOL. HAve a good evening

Hi kbjunior15, I joined myLot site as member about four years back. I had great interest to realize how funny the online life was that time. I didn't have any interest in making money here that time as it's quite difficult for a person that was sluggish in writing post to earn income here. And of course I was not active that moment for sure. I found interest in reading and writing posts here later on. Since then I never stay away for long. I always try to join in the activities available here frequently. I'm happy as well I'm paid with the time and effort I put in here though it's rather wee Happy posting

What the activities I mean here are, starting new discussions, respomding to interesting topics, having continuous mutual comment on topics which are interesting, uploading relevant pictures when starting new discussions or making responses or coming across favorite interest or create new interest. Fun stuff, blog as well as task are available here as well. If we like we could share our private matters with our friends here via myLot pm. I just could spare my leisure time doing reading and writing posts here. Hope you enjoy your happy time here often

I joined MyLot a couple weeks ago when a dear friend told me how much fun she has here and that she made a couple extra bucks while doing so. I met her years ago when we ran a group that made money online. So naturally I had to check it out. After looking it over, have decided that it might be a big money maker but certainly offers some good discussions and a venue for expressing my opinions.

My friend told me about myLot. He said I can earn money through it and it is quite an informative online tool. So i got interested and checked. When I joined, I was just curious how it can be a money making means, but when I look deeper, I found it informative and enjoying through reading and participating with the discussions posted in it. Now I think that earning money is just a bonus, though I am just a beginner here, I find it nice that I learn a lot in here and also doing the things that I enjoy, that is reading and writing. =)

The money, of course. I have been referred here through Easyhits4U, and I kind of like the idea of this site, getting paid for being active in a community and talk? perfect job for me.

Yet I forgot to add that unlike many others who came here for money I acknowledge the fact that this involves real people and real emotions, therefore I put my heart into commenting and not just farting comments all over the place for fast bucks.

I think most of us got attracted in joining because of the rewards we get. I agree, mylot is still not enough to provide us a decent income. But I have to say, among all other gpt sites, mylot is the most enjoyable one to work at. In case you're interested to learn other legit sites to earn from, feel free to visit my blog at my profile. I have a lot of other options there where you can earn money and even get a real job online. =)

I joined my lot for extra income since I haven't find a a job with a good salary, and I haven't hired by the bigger companies yet. I chose this kind of other way of income because I love to communicate with people and I love to write. here in mylot I'm not only able to earn but also i can do my hobbies and enjoy it. God bless.

Well, first it was to make money for my opinions, but now I could care less about the money. I mean, yeah, its nice, but this place has become a place for me to come whenever I want to post about something or see if anyone else is discussing the same things I am thinking or wanting to talk about. =)

I have no idea about the tasks. Can you tell me a little bit about them and how they work? How much you make, etc. Thanks. I would really appreciate learning more.
