Sunday and its raining.

Today is a Sunday and it has been raining intermittently since a day. Occasionally there are heavy showers.What do you do on such a day when you are cooped up in the house?

This is our Saturday in the United Sstates and it also has been raining here in New Mexico on and off all day. I have been spending my day washing clothes, playing games on the internet and watching lifetime movies on the lifetime channel. We don't get alot of rain here so I enjoy it when we get some.

What you say is true,we have shortage of water and so this rainfall is very much welcome.I'm spending my time on the net.But the rain has effected my viewing T.V. as the cable antennae doesn't function in medium to heavy rain.I'm spending my time with the children and pets.Hope you have a great weekend.

I was watching a show and lost the last five minutes of it due to the TV going out because of the weather. Now I don't know the outcome of the show. It was an investigation into the disappearance of a little girl in a blue dress. I think the mom killed her but I don't know for sure. I hope it comes on again one day so I know the outcome. You too have a great weekend.

I feel the disappointment you might have felt.Having followed the investigation it must be quite exasperating not to know how it ended.I hope you get to see it soon as one will be left wondering as to the outcome.Here programs are repeated, i hope the same will happen at your end as you can know how it all ended.

Hi picjim!
Staying indoors was just as worrying as we had with the rain for the past week. The downpour had actually uprooted several trees and caused deaths when they landed on a passing car and a public bus. Such was the force of mother nature. We didn't do much except catching up with one another and enjoy each other's company as a family. We talked alot and we pray for those who were not as lucky. And I want my children to learn something from all these. It was one of the best education we could ever learn from.

Hi Tomitomi!The rain here isn't as heavy as you've experienced at your place.Trees and roads are fine.My sympathies and prayer are with those affected in your Town.May God give them the courage to overcome these problems.I'm spending my time with the children and pets.Your including children in prayer will definitely make them more empathetic to others problems.Its a fine example you are setting.Hope you have a great day and happy mylotting.

I love a day like that, I read or sew and take much more time to cook something special. It's when we have to work outside on these days that I don't like it.

when it is raining heavily like today, I usually watch dvds, movies or korean drama series...and when my eyes are already tired, I usually drift off to sleep. it's nice to lie in bed with fluffy pillows and warm comforter when it's raining....ho-hum...looks like I am still sleepy...lol
