how do i overcome my fear of cats?

ya, i am not really that afraid of cats, but what i am afraid of is trying to carry them. When i was a child, i used to love kittens, but i got scratched and from then on i became afraid of touching or even carrying them. How do i overcome this fear? i love cats, but i'm a little afraid of them.

Cats are very sweet beings, you need to let them be around you till you try to touch them. Just sit next to them without touching them, when they feel the warmth, they will inch in closer to you and slowly steadly be friendly. Do not try to stop them from leaving your lap. Always remember treat animals the same way you treat human beings, with love and respect and you will get the same in return. best of luck!!!

Be kind to them and you will find they are so cute.Close yo them and try to carry them slowly.Just so easy
