My day ain't complete if I'm not able to watch my favorite shows on TV. No matter how sleepy I am, I'm willing to wait just to watch my fav. I like House, Numbers, and movies from HBO. After a good show, I feel more relaxed and my day is complete. How about you, what completes your day?

Well, I'm not able to go to sleep at the end of the day before I watch a television show that I've DVR'd. I have all kinds of different shows that I have recorded on the DVR because I never feel like there are enough primetime hours to watch the shows that I would like to watch on the television. Last night, for example, I watched "The Little Couple" and tonight I am going to watch an older episode of "The Deadliest Catch." I feel like this is something that calms my mind down.

My day is not complete when i didn't see and talk to my only daughter. She is my life and im happy and contented with my present situation knowing that she's around ready to give me her sweetest hug and kiss. The mere sight of her makes my day complete. Second one is sitting while surfing the net. Im doing this daily and for me, im much relaxed when i surf the net every day. Good night!

I too like to crash out in front of the TV during the last hours of the day. It is a great way of relaxing and some programs on the TV can be a great escape from the stresses and strains of solving problems that come along in every day life. Relaxation is valuable to us and keeps us healthy in body and mind. _Derek

My day always ends with a prayer and i think of my wife before going to bed. I am in a long distance relation currently and i am going through a bad state. I think of her in the morning and in the evening. She is my life.

To complete my day, I need to say 'good night' to my kids. It doesn't matter where I am, I always have to talk to them before sleeping. When I am travelling, I make sure that I make time to call them. Even if I am at a different time zone, I call them just before they go to sleep. I plan to do that continuously until they are old enough.

Hi santosmarichris!
My day ain't complete if I had not spoken to my kids. To think that's strange it's not for me. I thank the mobile phone really which has us easily connected somehow. When I'm late home from work to find a note on the fridge that says "Good nite papa" really lifts my spirit up and heals me of my tiredness.

My day is not complete without playing with my son, simply chatting and talking to him get me relaxed. We usually end up playing business game, which is so funny and engaging. Playing with kids are the best therapy anyone can get.
