Gradually, set all the friends in your friends section in notification off mode! That will solve all your problems sure. You have to repeat the same for the new friends adding to your list also! Thanks and have nice mylotting!!

You can go here: http://www.mylot.com/nr/friends.aspx?t=0 to your friend list and turn all or some of the notifiers off. Then they will stop arriving You can then use the 'friends started' tab to keep up to date with the discussions that your friends start.

hello dio, i too get lots of discussions in my inboz from my friends whenever they start one and i suppose everybody gets them too.I don`t know whether one can stop them from coming unless one deletes the friends altogether.I don`t have any problem with them since i try to answer as many as i can and if i find them interesting enough.Otherwise i just delete them one by one.Maybe our other mylotters have some other way to stop them coming which you will find out in the responses.

On your list of friends you have the choice to turn off notification from any one of them. I don't know how long it takes for this information to update, but if you acre concerned contact mylot at the bottom of the page.

Solution is quite easy. You can change setting and delete them from your list of friends. You can always contact them whenever you desire or participate in their discussion. Else, have a new mail account exclusively for mylot and read them whenever you are free.

One solution could be to get a special email account for only myLot communication. Then it would not fill your ordinary email box. You can check the myLot emails now and then and see if there is anything you want to save and then mark all and delete. In G-mail there is a function where you can filter certain mails that you choose and send them directly to the folders. Then they don´t fill your inbox. I hope this helps! Have a great day!

Got to friends and turn offthe notify if ya dont want them

It's easy.. It's either u delete all your friends from the list, or just go to your friend's list, turn off their notifications.. lol =D If u know, who are the ones always starting tons of discussions, u can always be turning them off, so that your mailbox wont be flooded, by them.. haha =D Lastly, to prevent such things from happening, and wont affect your earnings, be on mylot more often.. lol =D

I receive a lot of emails notifying me of my friends’ discussions and I endeavour to acknowledge each one when I can. To stop them you need to go to your friends tab and turn off notifications. I’ve created a file just for MyLot so all the notifications don’t interfere with my other emails. I like receiving them myself because it keeps me up to date to my friends’ topics but I realise it can get overwhelming if you happen to fall behind!

I used to get a lot of notifications too, but then I went and shut most of them off, and they stopped;. I still do have some on, but those are the ones that don't post all that many discussions anyway. I would do like diana said, and that is to just do one page at a time, in between posts, and you will eventually get them done. You will then find that you won't get all that many notifications. good luck to you and happy mylotting.

There are many friend e-mail,you should feel happy.Of course,if too much for you created,screening,email or mail malicious meaningless as spam,or directly into blacklist,not receiving.Hope is helpful.

I am experiencing the same problem ,but i think that is part of accepting friends here in MyLot,if you think that it annoys you,then just ignore it or delete them from your list or follow instructions from the comments above,i think when you receive new discussion and notifications from friends, then your new discussion too are being sent to their E-mail, is it just fair,one can benefit from the other too...thanks!
