shiquitatw explained it best but let me add to it. You probably hear alot about carbs and sometimes people make it sound as if all carbs are bad. That is totally untrue. Just like shiquitatw said, get rid of junk food. By doing this you get rid of the BAD carbs. If you do some research you will find that all fruits, vegetables, and whole grain foods are loaded with carbohydrates. These are the food groups you want to eat the most of. Carbohydrates are not all bad. They are actually a vital nutrient. Their key role is to provide energy. The more energy you have the more exercise you can do resulting in more calories and fat burnt away. Also, stay away from fast food. Fast food typically is high in fat. There are some fats that are essential to good nutrition and health. The fats you want to either eliminate from your diet or consume very sparingly are saturated and trans fats. But, you want to look for foods that are higher in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Fats are important because there are some vitamins that are "fat soluble." This means that in order for those vitamins to be properly absorbed and utilized by your body you must have some fat.
Another very important thing you should do is: STAY AWAY FROM FAD DIETS such as diet pills, the Atkins Diet, or any diet that promises you "a great body in just three weeks" or something to that effect. Many of those diets may work but it's not healthy. You didn't put on that extra weight over night and you won't get rid of it over night. The most important thing you need to remember is that you don't need to diet rather you need to "change" your diet and it needs to be a change for the rest of your life. It needs to be permanent. You can lose weight but just be patient about it and smart about it. It will take some time if you want to do it right.

The best way to lose fat on belly is to eat more fruits and vegetables and to do exercises (mainly sit-ups).
Recently I tried lost weight pills and I decreased my weight with 8 kg. for a month. When I stopped taking them there was no rebound effect. But it is very important to be careful with pills! You have to be sure that they are natural product and they have no unwanted side effects.

To lose stomach fat you have to throw out the junk food. You are what you eat, so don’t eat junk. Do not keep junk food like cookies, chips, sweets and other similar products in your house. If you do not have these bad foods lying around, you will not think about them and after sometime, you will break the bad eating habits. Replace them with health foods and snacks.Junk food may taste great but due to the high sugar content of junk food. Most junk food consists of refined carbs and sugar, which when eaten quickly raise blood sugar levels, leading to reduction in fat burning and increase in appetite. Put your mind to it and you can do it, best of luck to you :~)
