Your dentists may know the tricks in fixing, filling, curing, straighten and even replacing teeth, but you still have to do a lot of field work on your own. Experts recommend adequate flossing and brushing as well as avoiding chewing on hard objects while keeping an eye on the food and medicine you take in. Each time those who nibble objects habitually put something in their mouth, they put it in the exact place each time.This does not only wear the teeth down but also hurt the gum line which will inevitably stray from the tooth. Citrus fruit, which is acidic, comes in as another big surprise. Even though many believe that drinking plenty of citrus drinks can boost the health, it may still cause unseen harm on both the gums and the teeth as well. We should care more about our teeth.

To take care of our teeth is very important for each and every person. For me I used to brush teeth after every meal and I used to go up for cheeking once in the month. I think most of the people are ignoring teeth, they don't know how it is important especially those who are staying at villages.

Many people will ignore teeth,but it for our health is very important.Teeth are directly related to the quality of our dinner.Many old bad teeth,many things to eat
,the body cannot be more bad.Eat well,body susceptible to illness.Therefore,the tooth is very important,please pay attention to protect.

I only went to the dentist once or twice, my teeth were fine ever since. I gotta say it's very important to take care of your teeth though. There's nothing worse than having that awful pain in your mouth.
