How to cure a heart disease?

I know some of you doesnt know how to cure this one because your not a doctor. But please help me if you know some advice I need to prevent my heart in pain.

Hmmn, Im not a doctor but my mother has a heart problem too. As much as possible she want's to cure it only by using natural medicines. She said to have a healthy diet, prevent salty and fatty foods (to prevent having a high blood pressure), take blood thinners like garlic oil and exercise regularly. Hope this helps! ^_^

I you first think of it it has cured, then that is one way of getting a cure, if you always think that it is there for life, then that is worse, you can get worse disease... It starts with your mind, Healing, has to do with mind...

Its not necessary for one to be a doctor to cure heart disease. its in our hands and the way of life we live. DRINK ATLEAST 3GLASS OF WATER IN EMPTY STOMACH AS SOON AS YOU GET UP. This will surely cure any type of disease. Use garlic in every food you prepare.Garlic has the power to cure heart disease. use only steamed foods than oily items. these are all the preventive measures but consulting a cardiologist is better

I really don't know a cure for heart disease as I am not a doctor...what? The doctors also haven't yet discovered a cure for it so how can I.....However I can give you a natural cure which is easy and helpful. If you think you have heart disease then you stop thinking about it as it is an imaginary disease. If you really want a cure then you are advised to take 2 spoonful of ginger juice everyday. If you have heart pain because you are in love then only your lover can cure the pain. He is your sole doctor and cure. Goodluck.

Here's the bad news, by the time you reach age 65, theres a 70% chance that you'll have heart disease. I think if your still young, you must try not to abuse your body. Don't smoke, eat the right kind of food, sleep 8 hrs a day, and exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week.
