Finally the first win by ferrari this season. And not just a win, it's a 1,2 podium finish! Although it was obvious that Felipe Massa 'gave' the win to Fernando Alonso, they still did a good job. Now f1 2010 is more exciting than ever. And Vettel did good for third, he had a bad start again. What can you say about the German Grand Prix?

Yes, I had sensed a Ferrari revival looking at the qualifiers and had said so in a couple of responses yesterday. It seems to have completely justified from the race results. I think it is a fantastic result for Ferrari after an extremely disappointing last two seasons and most of this season.
But I would be interested in seeing how they go on from here on till the end of the season.
Cheers!

The first few laps always becomes interesting in F1 and so was the starting of German GP. Who would have thought that Massa would lead going the first corner. There is a controversy stating that Massa handed the victory to Alonso which I think is not true. Massa looked subdued at the podium but one should realize that Alonso was faster at that point of the race as compared to Massa and Vettel was in hot pursuit of Alonso. If Alonso hadn't gone past Massa then Vettel would be very close to Alonso. In anyways I think that Alonso would have overtaken Massa even if the team engineer hadn't told him that "ALONSO IS FASTER, I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND"

Exactly! But I'm sure they don't want a repeat of what happened between seb and mark on the turkish grand prix. And yes it is $100,000. I think it's ok that way than to deduct precious championship points.

Nonetheless, they already got fined (I think $100,000) for that incident. It's a pity how the team handled the situation which left a sour taste specially to the Brazilians who were watching the race. Like what you said, it would have been better if the engineer didn't tell Massa those things.
