We got our cat a cat furniture.

I have a houseful of kitties that absolutely love to play with boxes. Whenever I get a package delivered UPS or I come home from the store with a shopping box, they go nuts. My boyfriend will get them toys once on a while but they seem to prefer things that really are not designed to be regular toys. They also love tennis balls and anything with a little bell sound. The biggest toy they have is this huge cat condo that stands almost 6 feet and has 5 levels. They love to jump and play on it. Right now as I post this, I can hear the toy with the bell. Somebody must have just awakened from their cat nap to get in a little exercise before supper.

mostly we get treats, and not that often, but I have gotten them cat trees in the past and we put cat nip down for them sometimes too

Our cats get special treats about once a month. They are to old to play with cat toys so we don't buy those, I never have brought many toys, a old sock, a feather or just a yarn bow at the end of a string usually works well.

Since our cats are indoor cats, I love to always get them fresh cat grass from the grocery store. They just love to chew on it. They also like rough surfaces to roll around on so I love to let them roll around on our back porch. They seem to really really love that.
