Is sidetick a lot like mylot??

This topic is apparently quite debated here. I saw two discussions asking about Side Tick and it seems that no one is really sure. I joined SideTick a few months ago and didn't like it. It's a lot like facebook. It's more of a social networking site then a discussion forum like myLot. I might re-join if I find out it is legit and find some friends there. I am a member of sidetick and have been paid before in fact. Its no scam but it only pays for certain actions and referring members from certain countries so find out before you join. Cash-out is set at $25 PayPal which is very easy to get if you ask me. I earned enough to cash-out in a month and thats due to me being lazy. It is far easier than MyLot but at least here one learns more :)

I have just joined today the site. From what they say... they pay 1 $ for every 2000 tickbucks. You can earn tickbucks from: - 2000 tickbucks when you sign up - 2000 tickbucks when someone joins referred by you - 500 tickbucks when someone joins under your 1st downline - 1 tickbuck for opening their e-mails - 1 tickbuck for every new page that you view - 1 tickbuck when someone view your content - + they say that they give you 1000 tickbucks everyday for participating in a discussion before 12 am and read an email from them before 12 am. From what they say... it's pretty easy to make at least 20-30 $ per month. I will search more info and if i find something i will write here.

I joined Sidetick recently and have found it pretty easy to make money there. If you read a daily email and answer a daily question, you can get $0.50 a day plus what you get from all your other activities (easier than myLot!). That's great, but can they really afford to pay so many people $0.50+ cents per day? What you posted about people having to wait a long time for payout may be an indication they're promising too much. I've read testimonials from people who've been paid so I think I will stay with it for now. If nothing else, it's a pretty fun site to use. This discussion has definitely been an eyeopener though!

this is the first time I've heard of this site. Some of the older members on here might could tell you more. Alot of sites don't explain there pay. In fact most of them don't. They consider it a trademark secrete and say that you don't need to know.

The BIG drawback about it is it isn't global. You have to be from US, Canada, UK, NZ or Israel to redeem Tickbucks

well,I am member there since many months..they say blah blah about earning points but so far I didn't got any point for my activity on the site..like they claim that you get 1 point for watching video..profile..comments etc etc but nothing..I used to earn point the time i had joined but later on I noticed that I am not getting any points and that's the reason I stopped using the site .mylot is far better than sidetick.anyways I joined 2 other social site which is paying to its member .

I'm pretty close to payout so I'm going to stick with it for a bit longer. I have heard about people getting paid. It certainly adds up a lot faster at Sidetick than over here. I'm note even at a dollar over here so if I had to choose between the two I'd pick Sidetick over this place.

As far as I am concerned, I think sidetick is not so similar to mylot here. But it is some like MP5 . You will get points by uploading ,writing ,and so on.For me, I am a member of that site , and still trying my best to make some points there to get the money. Just hope it can be a so good social network. But I will still come to mylot now and then.

Even it is the same, it is only for people in only 6 countries, while Mylot is open to peoples all around the world.

on sidetick in my opinion it is nothing like mylot.. it is more like blogging than anything and there is not much else you can do to earn from that site.. i think the pay out is like $10 or something like thati dont think that we would get paid monthly because the pay there is alot less than mylot.. also it is a possibility that sidetick is a scam but i could be wrong about that. i have only heard from like one person here on mylot that they have not been paid from sidetick when they reached payout/requested payout. but ofcourse what they said about that site might not have been true or maybe i misunderstood them.

Well, I read few bad comments and testimony about this site. Though I dont have any interest in joining there. I still made my own researched and for me it is very risky since there are many bad things than good things that are posted. So better be sure than wasting time and effort. ;)

This is a very good question and this is also the first time that I have heard of this site. I also would like to get some information about Sidetick as well. My Lot is cool but I really need to earn money as in another income. This is kind of like Yahoo answers but you just get paid, so that is cool to get paid for something that I was already doing for free.
