Can't go to my gateway!!help please!

I can't go to my default gateway which is: 192.168.1.254 Also, for a couple of weeks my internet has been going off at 2A.M. till a cretin period of time usually 8-10 in the morning! That's why I wanted to see what was up at my gateway. I have AT@T company, if anyone else with this provider has this problem please tell me! Furthermore my modem is: Netopia 3347-02 If you are getting any of these problem from the modem please tell me! _____________ Please help thankyou!
