Help!! My son is recovering nicely but he is starting to eat more and I want to give him the most nutrition I can as he is not eating too much yet. I did puree some brown rice with some cream of chicken soup, that worked well and he ate a little more than half a cup (which is a lot for him!). I have fed him yogurt, applesauce and malt-o-meal. Of course I am also feeding him thickened juices. I need more ideas he eats small amounts still but I want as much nutrition in him as possible because I want to get rid of the tube feedings as soon as possible!! Any pureed ideas out there?

Bananas are one of the most easily digested food there is and they're nutritious, too.

Hi, When my son was tiny he absolutely loved the vanilla pudding baby food in a jar. Perhaps you could try that?
