Just as what the tittle says, what is the best sport? I does not mean that the sport is the best, it just means that, what is the best for YOU? What sport are you playing? State a reason why you consider it as the best for you. What would make the sport interesting? Why is it fun to play? What are the benefits in playing such a sport? Are there risks in playing that sport? If so, what are the risks (common risks).
So i will start by introducing the sport that I play and love the most which is Sepak Takraw. I know that my sport is not so popular and that's one of the reasons why I love playing it. It's unique. One of a kind. Players of this sport are so rare that you're heart jumps with happiness the moment you meet one and you could tell yourself "i meet a playmate." This sport combines some other sport namely volleyball, soccer and gymnastics. Volleyball because the gameplay is somewhat similar to it. 3 touch rule, touching the net, crossing the line, etc. The only difference in the 3 touch rule of Sepak Takraw and Volleyball is that in Sepak Takraw, one player can do all the 3 touches while in Volleyball, only 1 player per touch. Soccer is also a part of it because it uses the feet, legs, knees, breast, shoulder and head and you use your feet to kick the ball to the other side of the court. Gymnastics, this is the most fun part because there are so many exhibitions in order to kill the ball and score a point. Most gymnastic moves that are used are the Bicycle Kick, Scissors Kick, and the most powerful move of all, the Somersault.
Playing Sepak Takraw can enhance once health because you need to be flexible in order to play efficiently and when you say flexible, it means you need to stretch out your body and stretching means exercising and exercising means being healthy so this is a healthy sport (almost all kinds of sport are healthy sport anyway). Just like other games or sports, there are risks. Well the risks on this sport are not deadly anyways. In my whole life I've never heard someone died from Sepak Takraw while playing due to an accident. The risks involved here are only bone fractures/breakage and the like. So all in all, I love this sport. This is my game. What's yours? :D
