I'm New at Mylot, Can anyone tell me how to make money on this?

Hi there, I just recently join mtylot and just confused on how things work here. Can anyone tell me how making money on this site realy works. Really appreciate if you could answer my question. And the site seems to be helpful as well for different discussions.
