Almost all of us eat in a Restaurant everyday,if you will observe other Tables you see excess clean food left that will just go straight to a garbage bin..In my case I usually take out excess clean food that is left on our table..:If you ask why?its still clean to eat when one is hungry in an hour, but i always take it out because i always give it to the street children roaming our area,i think it is better than throwing it directly into the garbage, millions of People all over the World suffer from Hunger, some dies from Hunger and i always think that way..It hurts me when somebody is just wasting food, while seeing others die for Food...Do you do the same?Yes/No why? Btw i don't eat in an Expensive Formal restaurant i just can't afford it,and i can not take out excess food too...Share some views...Thanks!

I think you may be shocked to know how many don't eat out daily. Anyone who is health conscious, will concoct something much healthier. Then eating anything you can by out. Its great that you give it to needy children or spread it out to another meal. Is it lack of time that makes you go for these types of food ? Or that you just don't cook?

Yes you did say all of us not you.I prefer not to for health reasons.I like to know whats in my food.Once in a blue moon we do eat out.I normally have half or more left over. I save it for lunch the next day.If hubby does not eat it.I do not live in a area that makes it possible to feed hungry people. So that is not a option for me.

Yeah!instead of throwing clean food to the waste, it's better to eat it, or share it..in my country there are lot of unfortunate people that eats less, and i know and see this things myself,i see street kids inhale solvent in the streets, and i really pity them, i even complained once and went to an institution that has a mandate for that case they handled it in a meantime but after some days, they are again roaming the streets...and inhaling a solvent is one way of escaping the hunger that they feel...really disgusting sight!

Yes, I would take excess food home, especially the ones that can be re-heated. Well, I paid the foods, so when I could not finished it in one go, I would want it to bring home for later. And since there is a stray dog that comes to where I live everyday, the ones that I can no longer eat goes to the dog anyway.

That's a good point jennyze,it seems that even stray dog does not roam around your place,in my country (i mean some place )sad to say dogs, cats, street children roam around..mostly at night, so when i travel home from work, i usually see them roam, even ask for alms when the traffic light is on the stop...they knock car windows and beg..its a pity view but this is the real world....thanks!

It depends on the amount really. If there is just very little food left, I usually don't take it (there are no street children in my country), but if the amount is bigger, I do.
