My friend's tell me that I'm really in good in business, specially handling the farm. Before I have a small pig farm with about 60-70 heads. But I was just renting the place so, it's no good. I should have a capital to invest to buy a lot and to build housing for the piggery. Right now, I'm still saving money for that, and while waiting, I indulge myself to seminars regarding the business.

Hi dear,
To run a business we need to consider so many major things happening around the market. Mainly, the caital, the location, market (marketing the product), transportaiton, business awareness, profit ratio, time, natural resources (other subordinate requirments like water, electricity etc).
In your case, you have experience. A rental farming is not making more profit. Buecause, you need to pay for rent and after the ratio of profit may less. I think waht you can do is, start with a small sacal with your limited capital. Acaquire a minimal area where you can manage. As you said, mobilize maximum amount of money and reinvest for more pigs and get more marketing.
Hi dear,
Find out how many can be disposed in a week time and accordingly, get more. Expand gradually and get mall help from your dear ones. Or if able to manage, take a small amount from bank or financial institutions and pay back regularly.
Reduce the expenses at the initial stages. Control all side business with a maximum benefitted way. Try to get permanent customers and have a good relationship with all your customers. Provide quality and trusty services and keep faithful relationships. Try to get more and more customers on a daily basis.
Plan everything properly and workout accordingly. Hope you can expand your business with the cooperation of all these factors.
Regards,
Thank-s

Hi dear,
Thanks for your comments.
I am not a business man but having a lot of ideas.
Unfortunately, like you, not enough fund to run the business.
I am a full time employee like 10-6 a day. The rest of the time is not good enough a better business. If we run a business, our 100% concentration is required. We have a limit to depend on others.
Regards,
See you.
Thank-s

wow that's a good start for you to go on seminars and training it will definitely help you out and give you more knowledge on starting a business and making it profitable. invest your money and try to make it profitable and may your business be service-oriented. haha... Oh by the way, when you already started your business and if ever that it incurs a loss, don't be hopeless because all businesses starts with a loss but as time passes by that you've already established a goodwill among customers that you may possibly have a win-win experience. Good luck to you and your business! and just be wise in using your money. Good day!
