What is your favorite End of the World movie? / myLot

Last night, I watched the movie The Day Earth Stood Still and I find it was usual. It's a remake of a classic sci-fi movie. I also watched 2012, Independence Day, the Core and other doomed movies. So far, I can say that I liked Independence Day the most. I like Independence Day. It had something for everyone. It took on the challenge with style and humor. I never get tired of seeing this movie. I watched the Dsy the Earth Stood Still. It is a good movie, but I still like Independence Day more.

well the latest movie 2012 is cool but I still love Independence Day by Will Smith. I really like the story regarding aliens conquering the world.

There are just too many movies I have seen about End of the World. But, movies which moved me are Independence day and 2012. Or perhaps, because there are so many of them, I could no longer recall their differences and stories.

Best end of world movie, hm maybe not end at all but catastrofic is Day after tommorow.
