I am pretty confident that it does in fact pay. I do have a question though. Is facebook even ok with this application? This seems a bit too direct. Another question is will I later be able to invite more then 6 facebook friends to try it out at a later date as I do more stuff with them? Also. Any other details you could provide would be great, thanks.

cloud crowd paid me, immediately. I don't know why facebook would have a problem with them.

I dunno. The whole running their actual business through Facebook seems a bit weird to me. I didn't know Facebook even allowed that. If they really do that gives me loads of ideas for apps to run through their site.

hmmm, well, you probably know more about it than I do. It never occured to me it might be a problem. Probably wise to check with facebook before you set up your own enterprise, thanks for the heads up!

Eh. It could just be me. I figure if it's been up since 2009(I believe was the date they launched.) it apparently has gotten the A-OK for just about a year and facebook hasn't taken it down yet so maybe it's just my own personal thoughts. Just seems as though it's something facebook wouldn't accept.

I'm working w/ CC for about two weeks now, at first i'm satisfied but now, i'm not sure. Pros: They really do pay, and on time. Jobs are easy. Cheat proof (i'm not 100% on this but their job really requires human judgement) Cons: Lack or weak worker support. Their support is simply a forum w/ all your co-workers,how convinient. If a legit employee happens to pass by the topics and would like to answer, you're in luck. If not, you're inquiry will be suspended in mid-air. You can work 24/7, but there's no support on weekends. Questionable "grading" System. This is one of the gray areas that frustrate me, this would have been great. As a worker, you are graded by your credibility. The higher it is, the more credible you are and you're eligible for work. But until now, they have no definite standard or measure on how you are graded. One day you're very credible, the next minute (or the next second, literally)you're on probation. Or worse, suspended for life (and you don't get paid). And because of weak support, good luck if your inquiries will be answered. Appeals? Never heard of this before,a link where you can spend your time arguing that you have done right and the so-called reviewers (w/c actually are the workers also) are wrong. Then after that, adjust your pay then your credibilty (how inconvinient). I think it's not appropriate for this kind of work, how can they answer appeals if they can't even answer all the worker inquiries? If you like working as an advance robot (just because you have human judgement), try this. But i tell you, don't ask "WHY". Oh, about the referral issue. If your referral only allowed FB to add this app, they will appear only as numbers in your crowd. But until they complete a task, they will not appear in your crowd. This is my observation, i didn't get that from CC support =P Hope this helps.

I might just try referring people. It's not really my type of site especially with the high rejection rate of people that probably don't even read the task they're accepting or declining. Especially when I get declined quite a few times for pennies I should have earned, haha. That's low and quite lazy of the task person to decline such a task when it's really simple one's that I did that if the person spent two minutes to actually look at it, it wouldn't have been declined. Thanks for the "crowd" information & other random details that're nice to now. My biggest problem is that the facebook app puts too much power into the individual workers rating eachother and not enough emphasis on the appeals system. =/

Hi, I always assumed that Facebook-based applications were the norm, so I've never questioned CloudCrowd. If it proves to be a problem somewhere down the line, then so be it. I've had my fair share of companies that change the rules on me or go belly-up off Facebook, so one that does the same on Facebook is much of a muchness to me. You can invite as many friends as you want, even the ones that don't have a Facebook account (as long as they then join Facebook, that is). The one recent problem I've noticed with CloudCrowd invites is that several refs don't seem to be showing up in the referral section (and therefore no earnings if your refs complete any tasks). Several CloudCrowd users have mentioned that too. Other details: read the community forum. Very useful.

Hmmm, might be true. However, I've read some members swear they've referred people and those people have apparently completed (approved) tasks and it didn't reflect in their downline. I think there's something wrong somewhere 'cos there are a whole lot of people highlighting the issue.

The person below seems to have answered that. It seem's as though the referrals only show up when they actually do something on the site.

If English is not your first language, you may have some difficulty getting work that suits you, but there are some jobs that anyone can do, and I KNOW they get paid, because I received payment from them as soon as my work was approved.

I think Facebook should have prepared for application related to money making. They are allowing many company, like playfish, the creator of restaurant city, pet society and many famous game, create money making application. There is actually something called Facebook Credit that you can add money to Facebook and pay using them. The only difference is that the direction of flow is reversed - instead of receiving money, Cloud Crowd is paying money to the user. Cloud Crowd is also more famous that you and me may think. As I know, Cloud Crowd has been reported by a few magazine and newspaper. (Something related to using Cloud Computing in business, I'm not sure though.) If Facebook is not doing well with Cloud Crowd, I guess they should have do something instead of letting Cloud Crowd there for more than a year. About the part of inviting friends, I'm not so sure. I would like to be able to invite more friends too. Also, from your reply, I see you are planning something big in making money. May I also know about that? I have send friend request and you may PM me if you don't want to tell everybody about this plan.

It's more like a thought I had then a plan. Something I might consider trying out at a later date.
