Captcha at EasyHits4U Testing My Math Skills

The captcha at EasyHits4U is really putting my math skills to the test. I just found out that doing calculation where the numbers are spelled out can really be challenging.
For example, eleven - 4 = ? or eleven - four = ? can make me pause a few seconds to give the right answer. I didn't realize that this use of words can be rather challenging.
Anyway, for EasyHits4U members, what do you think?

well at first yes but by the time im using that site regularly those maths are really nothing.
they cannot go above twenty and below one. the usual answer is one or twenty. less than half at least will have an answer of nine or minus by nine. its one of the few things i noticed with this site.

Yup. I know the math is easy. But having to deal with words in calculation is not something we were trained to do. And I find that even for very simple computation like thirteen - twelve = ?, I actually have to pause a second or two to get the answer right. In fact, I noticed myself actually converting the words into numbers in my head before I choose the answer.
Anyway, it's just a curious observation.
