credit card and a debit card are need for Paypal account verification ??

You can get a paypal account verified with a debit card but if you want their physical card to use in person you have to use a credit card.

Hi Vinay, I'm not sure if anyone suggested this. but you can verify your paypal account thru virtual credit cards. i'm not sure if it's legal or not you can try to search information about it. it stands as a prepaid credit card, without the physical card. i hope this could help you

To verify your paypal account you need to either link it with a credit/debit card OR link it with your bank account. Since you don't have a credit/debit card then the only way for you to verify your account is to link you bank account with your paypal account.

Hi, vinay you will need to link your paypal account to a debit card or a credit card in order for you to be able to send money, or withdraw your money easily. i suggest that you check local banks that would offer debit cards. we have unionbank in our place that offers a debit cards designed specifically to be linked to paypal. :)

I would get a debit card and give paypal all your information. I have a debit card that I use for paypal and nobody but my husband and I has access to it. I make money online and I never keep anything from him. I debit card prevents you from overspending.

You might be able to do it with a prepaid visa card maybe... or what may be better is if you try to get a paypal debt card, yes they have them, anyways other than that you might just want to get one, though I see your from india so I'm not really sure what the laws and stuff are over there =[

I use debit card in paypal, it's the same :) The good thing is that if it's empty, it's empty :D What i don't like in using credit cards is that they are little temptation ... Most of the people can't handle it :D

You need to have a debit card or a credit card to verify PayPal account. Any one could be good, I suggest you to take debit card and add your bank details in the paypal account. You will get confirmation email and check your bank account as well. All you need is to verify the amount you received from Pay Pal and then your pay pal is ready to use.
