Ok so I'm pretty new at the makeup scene so I figured I would start basic and work my way up XD I tried a lot of N.Y.C product but I have to say their white eyeliner was horrible and the medium loose powder was basically the color of mud but other than that, Their powder compacts are nice =D I also love maybellen's moouse foundation it goes on soft and silky. Any other suggestions? I am looking for something to do contouring =/

What sort of contouring are you wanting to do? Eyes or cheeks?
I'm a make up artist and my new favourite brand is Furless. I was looking for a brand that doesn't test its products on animals, doesn't include animal by-products in their stuff, doesn't include toxic chemicals in their stuff and most importantly are a fantastic product.
They are nice and cheap too. I can't wait to buy more stuff.

What colour is your skin? If it's not too dark, just use a shade of brown. You can use eye shadow. Start with a very light layer and slowly build it up. It's very easy to over do contouring and end up looking like you're back in the 80s!
Furless is an Australian brand. I don't think they've been around long. You can check them out at furless dot com dot au

Hello wickedspies,
Are you one of person in the picture? You don't look like a newbie on the makeup thing. :-) If you are one of these gorgeous ladies on the photo, you look fabulous.
You can use a brown blush on for contouring any brand will do, as long as it will not give you a skin irritation. You can also buy a powder cake foundation, that is one tone darker than your skin tone. You can use that for contouring.
Stick foundation/concealer that is also one tone darker than your natural skin tone is good for contouring. To rap it up, you can use either of the three, A brown blush on, a powder cake foundation that is one darker than your natural skin tone and a Stick foundation that is one darker than your natural skin tone.
Please do update me if you already tried any of it. Happy mylotting. :-)

I haven't those are really good suggestions as well. I will have to try that. the loose powder that I just bought from N.Y.C was really disappointing it was a medium tone and when I put it on it looked like dirt on my face D=! It was pretty sad. I haven't gotten to many products from them that I like but I try them anyways because they are cheap ha ha. I am going to be trying to sell Avon products soon! It would really give me a chance to play around with makeup ^_^ Thanks for the compliment and for posting!

Avon is a product that has been tested and proven for a very long time. Avon is one of my favorite makeup brands. I could say I grew up with Avon. :-) I remember when I was in the 5th grade, My mom bought me an Avon makeup for kids. Avon used to have that. Don't ask when was that.LOL.
I think you are going to earn well in selling Avon products.

I started with N.Y.C too! Thier eyeliner's really aren't very good. I have tried literally every eyeliner there is in department stores. My favorite one is Revlon Color Stay. They have a liquid eyeliner, a pencil one, and a crayon one that are all color stay. For the powder I use Revlon Photoready. I also use a Loreal Foundation and it's one of my favorites.
