Usain Bolt, the Jmaican born sprinter is considered to be the fastest man alive today owing to his performance at the olympics and other sprinting events, reaching a speed of 48km/h,when you consider human beings this is a splendid record however,i doubt if this speed is enough to survive if you have to escape an attack from any of these wild animals
1.cheetah 110km/h its considered the fastest mammal on land and a very good hunter at that
2.wild dog 72km/h
3. Hyena 64km/h
4.The black Mamba 32km/h
The slowest animal of all tie is the sloth which has a speed of 0.24km/h
when it comes to running how fast do you think you can get when there is a need to escape from any of the above listed wild animals?

hi byola considering I have a misshapen left foot with a brace on the leg and heavy clunky orthopedic shoes, I doubt I would have been able to escape the cheetah, the wild dog, or the hyena or even the Mamba. now the sloth lol lol lol oh he would not even be chasing me at that. so guess I will stay here in southern Ca where the only problems are wild fires and occasional shake, rattle, and rolls.otherwise called earthquakes.

I think that if I had to escape from one of those animals I wouldn't learn fast I would learn to climb trees in two seconds :D
I'm not sure if I am as fast as a sloth I think it would be very hard to escape from such a fast animal LOL
Now seriously I think that even facing the fear of being chased by a wild animal we could never be as fast as them, our body isn't made for that. I have no idea of what speed would I reach but if it got to 22 km/h maybe I was lucky. I'm not a natural born runner :D
