Sometimes when I wake up during the night, or in the morning my feet feel icy cold or even frozen. However, when I feel them they are quite warm. Checking these symptoms on the Internet, I read it could be a problem with my blood circulation, and is not a real problem. However, I’d like to know if any myLotters have had the same symptoms, and if so, how did you address this uncomfortable sensation.

I guess, they are right. It is a problem with blood circulation to your feet. I also experience that from time to time. Maybe because of my lack of exercise. But for you, massaging your legs and your feet whenever you experience that will help. Try it. Massage is the treatment for poor circulation. Plus, taking in some food supplements that are known to help blood circulation and nerve problems.
