why a guy act this way? need help guys

hi guyss^^ there is a guy that i met in internet. we talked and had fun with each other bcs he always makes me laugh^^ we jus dont type to each other we speak also so he even said he likes my voice that is cute and always he sings to me songs about love and says is for me^^ i even heard his costumers talking bcs he works in a net cafe. and i said you dont feel shy to sing for me in front of them? ahah and he said im not.he said he loves me and said like he wanted be with me before. but that time i liked other person and i told him that. and asked him time. anyway that was before he sings for me^^ anyway that time we were happy bcs we talkd for long and he sang to me. even one day when he said he needs to go bcs was late he felt i wasnt ok and he said like what happened for me to say and i said i tell you later you need sleep and he insisted and i said i tell you later and we stopped talking but he typed to me asking what happened. i told him and he said he loves me and that he told his family about us. and i said you told your family about us? and he said yes about you and i said and what they said and he said that they were supportive also he said for me to wait for him a bit more. he will come to see me and for me to dont give up on him.also he said he never loved a girl like he loves me. he loved before but not like he loves me.also he said to me before when i asked him if i die you find other girl and he said so romeo must die too. and i said i dont think you would kill yourself and he said no i wont but i will die inside what is more worst. anyway one day we argued bcs he was telling me about a girl that she lied to him bcs she didnt tell him she has a kid before and she has and i said for him dont be angry bcs maybe she bcs didnt know him well yet didnt want tell him. so he said she turnt like princess to something i cant rmember and was joking but i didnt like that. i talked like he liked her and he was angry with me and i talked and he like ignored me that for few time he said he did that bcs i kept talking about that girl and that didnt believe him. then i said sorry and i wanted things to be ok but he was like not caring much anymore. this past week i went to look for work and helped my mum in her cafe so not much time to be online so at night when i arrived went to check if had messages and nothing. today he said he wwent to a wedding and talking like nothing happened and i said why did you talk with me today? and he said why? you dont want it? and i said i just asked and i said im not talking much bcs i didnt like the way you act with me bcs i sent him messages and he didnt answer and he said then he has been busy and didnt read my messages yet.and he said we forgave each other isnt? and if we were friends isnt it? and i said yes and he said ok. then he said he is sleepy and i said ohh sorry for it soon your costumers go and he said i dont have costumers and i said so you want go? and he said yes and i said bye bye and he said are you mad at me? and i was writing something and he left offline. then i saw he was still on on facebook and said read my message in yahoo and he said you are always mad at me and i said like bcs he was acting that way with me and he said we are not lovers and i said yes i never said we are did i? and he said we are friends so im not obligated to answer you. so i said that i hated him for everything he said today. he said im tired and left and now i sent him messages saying bye and that he wont see me again. guys i will wait if he says something i will just finish to send him this email im sending now. but guys can you tell me why he acts this way? is like he loves me but he always run away :(
