Has any of you pets died? How?

Well throughtout my life i had many birds and they all died..hmm..i think it was about 9 that died. I'm never gonna get anymore birds as pets..they all die on me. None of it was my fault though. My sister accidently strangled my first bird. I didn't even get to name it because she accidently killed it the first day i got it. Two of them my mom accidently killed because she put them outside and it was a really hot day. I'm not going to tell you all my stories of how my pets died..it would take me way too long :P.
