hi there. I actually get literally hungry everytime I look at some cookies. LOL But thinking that it might not satisfy me then I'd rather shift to bread which is more having bulk and calories. How bout you do you like cookies than bread or the other way around?

I actually prefer a good hearty bread over cookies. My mom makes a delicious pumpkin bread and a yummy zucchini bread. She also makes banana nut bread. These are wonderful eaten alone or with a dab of butter or cream cheese on top.

That's really tasty indeed. Bread has more calories and having it with other spreads adds up to its caloric value. I'm really on diet watch maybe the wheat bread suits me just to have the enough calories I need and not getting fat.

Rye is also a good alternative too. If you're okay with changing some meal plans, I recommend you eat protein packed breakfast, like eggs, since protein lasts longer than carbohydrates in the stomach making you feel full for the whole day. This means less overeating ^_^ It works for me, I am VERY gluttonous and I eat half portions of what I used to have since I get full easily.
I love banana bread! I haven't tried pumpkin bread nor zucchini bread but I find them interesting. I hope I'd find some bakery with these goodies.

Hi meeksilent
I like cookies with a glass of cold milk but I have to have a slice of bread with every meal or it would not be a meal.
Take care

For me, it depends which I feel like eating. If I'm in a bad mood, baking cookies and eating them cheers me up. I really like sweets and one of my favorite is cookies.
Bread on the other hand goes great with a variety of food such as soup, cheese, ham, peanut butter, jelly etc. There are also different kinds of bread and some kinds like rye and wheat are healthy. Bread also existed for several centuries and it's no wonder why it still exists: because it's good.

Forget the bread! I'll take the cookies and just eat more of them, especially if they're homemade chocolate chip with walnuts.

I prepare bread than cookies. My Dad is a chef and he often bake cookies and breads. They are both delicious but I more like bread because I can do a lot of stuff on it.

I love cookies. If I have a choice of cookies or bread I too would choose cookies. I try not to buy too many cookies. If they are in my presence, I tend to eat more than I should. Sometimes I buy potato bread. It tends to be a little sweat. It's like fooling yourself into thinking you are eating something that is better than cookies. However, ideally I try to eat whole grain bread and refrain from the cookies as much as possible.

I rarely eat cookies, even though I love having them when they are around. I enjoy various types of bread, whether it be just with butter, completing a sandwich, being toasted, and so on. It'd be better to stick with more bread than cookies, especially if you want to watch the health of your teeth.
