Hi, Mylot fellows! First, make myself easier understood, I would like to share some information with you. I am a Chinese college student who is now on her intership and part-time job. I am an Chinese-English interpreter.
Now I am in a another city apart from my hometown. This company is a software company but the staff here know no English. You know, this is fine because that is why they need a interpreter when there is English texts. However, people here use an absolutely different dialect, and I have not a mere clue what they are talking about when they chat in that kind of accent. I can endure this until one day one of the ladies here said to me: why do you need to go to graduate school? You may not be able to have a job after you get a master's degree if you give up this one. This exasperated me because this is like she is trying to stop me from pursuing my dream. Staying put is her choice, not mine.
Fellows, we always question ourselves whether we should find a job of prospect or high salary, and it is really difficult to answer as we all know it is hard to balance. If you were me, will you stay in this job of good salary or still pursue your longed goal? How will you balance your dream and reality?

That will do,indeed. However, not everyone has the talent and condition to own a company. For instance, people like me who would make the price higher when bargaining, you know,is not suitable to run a company, which may end up with debts. But still, thank you for your reply. It is an ideal one.

I actually wanted to be a teacher when I was a child. But after witnessing how hard the work appeared to my teachers, I failed that idea.I have a special feeling for languages, and so I choose to become an interpreter. However, as you see, an English major like me still need to hone my skills. Besides, I was led to an amazing world of Spanish, which become my interest and major work. Best wishes for you and your family! God bless you and your family!

Its not really easy to balance job and your studies but it actually takes with your time management. If you can keep both studies then at the same time work then keep it. However once you give up your study are you looking yourself staying in that company forever. I know its a salary base you are looking for now. But once you are in the point of getting used to it. You will still long for the job you are dreaming to have. But you already given up your studies. So another point of turning back. I would suggest dont give up your study and if you really need to choose from your work now and study better choose study. I know the job is high paying job but there is no career growth in that situation.

I know it is difficult and I now, after talking to my friends and God,knid of figure out what I should do. Being an interpreter has always been my dream, however the job scenerio is different from my original picture. It should be a very competitive occupation and one should keep hone one's skills and improve oneself in such circunmstances. Language can always give me surprises. I love it, therefore, I shall not stop pursuing my dream given the present situation. But still, thank you for your reply to my question.Have a great wonderful splendid day, my friend!
