How to find some foreigner msn friends?

I have already have a msn account but there is still no friends in my account.
I am from China and really want to find someone in other country to talk to,as I think that can be of so much fun.
Now more and more Chinese especially people in my age use QQ but MSN.
When I come to the MSN groups,there are also all Chinese and they are talking with Chinese.
I am not saying that MSN must not talk with Chinese,it's OK.
It's just about My wanting to find some ways to practise my poor English and make my MSN account a little different from my QQ account.
So,my friends,any suggestions?

Try Yahoo Messenger instead. Yahoo have chatter rooms in their application to browse to. MSN is kind of private, and only those who exchange MSN address will able to chat together.
If you want to practice your English, it's better you start from here by writing. About pronunciations of certain words and how to build sentences, I guess a proper English class will do.
