I love adventure stories like The Last Free Men by Jack Everett it's all about what happens to an entire Legion of Roman Soldiers, the 9th when they are fighting the Scots when Hadrian's Wall was being built. The same writer has a new one out called Last Mission about Germans trying to steal an atom bomb from Los Alamos in the USA.I have just sent for it, I buy most of my books from Amazon.com or Amazon market place because they deliver to my door and the price is okay.

me too! but mostly fantasy books. if you're really a Sherlock Holmes/Arthur Conan Doyle fan, read the "List of Seven" by Mark Frost. the main character is Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. you'll love it. :)

I read pretty much everything and anything. I never pick just one thing that I like to read. I have philosophy, fiction, mystery, romance, classic and so much more. Its all good in my books. You just have to find what author in that genre that you enjoy.

My favorite genre is high fantasy. I really like stories that take place entirely in their own world and introduce me to new heroes, new villains, extraordinary creatures, and the like. I'm really interested in legends and mythology and I go ga-ga for stories about mythical creatures. I'll read other stuff too, but this is what really peaks my interest.

I'm fond of reading investigative stories. Very informative on how they resolve a crime, the way they captured a criminal and the court scene are well presented as well. I love Tami Hoag's books and Patricia Cornwell's.

I like to read informative books such topics regarding internet and technology. I highly recommend "The Shallows: What the Internet Is Doing to Our Brains by Nicholas Carr" Carr expands his argument into the most compelling exploration of the Internet's intellectual and cultural consequences yet published. As he describes how human thought has been shaped through the centuries by "tools of the mind"--from the alphabet to maps, to the printing press, the clock, and the computer. He also interweaves a fascinating account of recent discoveries in neuroscience by such pioneers as Michael Merzenich and Eric Kandel. Quiet interesting right??? If you come across this book you better read it my friend. Good day and Happy Reading to us :)

I love reading bibliographies, stories of real people. Although I'm a romanticist by nature and I love happy endings but I'm more into reading to learn and get inspiration from the stories of ordinary people who have done extraordinary contribution to the society. I'm a charity worker, maybe that's why I'm inclined to this kind of books.

I really like reading courtroom stories. I like the argument and debate happening inside the court. As well as the investigative process happening inside and outside the courtroom. That is why I like reading books of John Grisham because I like the way he presented the stories in his books.
