Hiiii all, Suppose you are called someone and you hear a massage which says that the person is busy on another call and you in a waiting list. what will you do ????
will you call that person again and again until that person pick your call up??
or you will wait for a while and again call that person and if again you here the same massage then will you wait for that person to be free from that call and let him call you first after he gets free from that call.
and if you are already on a phone call and someone is calling you again and again while you are busy on the call and that person knows that you are busy on another phone call then too that person is disturbing you again and again. what will you feel and what will you do ???
what should be your reaction in both situation????

Hi Munish, If i find that person is busy in another call then i will try to call later on again. Then also he is still busy with another call. Then i will wait for his call after when he will be done. If he/she knows me then that person would surely call me back once he/she will be done. But in case i am calling to new person then i will again try after ten or fifteen minutes.
In second situation if i see someone is calling me and i were busy with another call then i would see the caller importance. If someone from my home then i would pick in first call otherwise i would give a call later on when i will be done with first call. So for me its simple. Nothing to be worry.

thanks for you response, you are right. i will do the same but if someone is calling you again and again and you know that you will done in max 2 or 3 minutes. so you reject the second call to finish you first and call the second one back but if you reject the second call then too that person is calling you again and again then what should be your reaction to that person will tell hi the manners or not ???????

I would probably just send him/her a message that I would like to talk to him/her when he or she's done.
I think it's annoying if someone calls you over and over again knowing that you're busy with another line. I think it's rude at the same time unprofessional to keep on calling even if obviously the person is too busy to entertain your call for the moment.
However, if it's an emergency, then I'd probably do that.

hiiii thanks for you response. thats right. first case is right but if in second case the its not very urgent to talk to that person you can wait for a while then we must wait.only in the case if its not an emergency. if some one is disturbing during the call and you know that you will be free in 2 or 3 minutes. and you cut the second call and you know there no emergency and that person can wait for 2 or 3 minutes then too he is disturbing you during the call what should be your reaction to that person who is disturbing you.

Hi, MUNISH1303. If I have time, I will wait for them to come to the line. If they are taking too long, then I will call them back. If they have the option to call me back, I will select this option then. If a person continuously keeps on calling when they know that you are on the line with someone that is considered to be disturbing someone. If I am a operator, I will answer the call as soon as I can and when I have finished with the other caller. I will be reasonable and polite at the same time.

Its a very common situation. i just send a text to the person who is in waiting for my line stating that i'll call you back. if i am waiting then i'll send a msg if it is so important or else will wait for my turn.

The reaction is very simple and same in both the case. In the first case I would wait for the person to end his call and I would call him after some time. If he/she is someone I know then they will call as soon as they end their call. If it's a person I don't know then I would call after sometime.
In the second case I would see who is close to me and with whom I feel comfortable to tell hold for a minute. If I am speaking with a person with whom i am not comfortable and I get call from people with whom I am close, I would ask permission from the first person and tell him/her to be on hold for a 5 seconds mean time I would speak and infrom the second caller that I will call you in a while as I am speaking with someone, after that I would end the call and talk with the first person. I am sure that the person you are close will understand and wait for you to call.That's what I do.

thanks for your reply, actually i will do the same. but if i am busy with a call and i know will be done in 2or 3 minutes then i don't think i need to hold the first call and reply to second call that i will call you back. in fact i will cut the second call down and after ending the first call i will call to the second person. I just wanted to know that am i right or wrong. thanks again for you response.

I will wait for while and if she/he is busy again than I will go back to my home because I can't wait more than 10 minute.I will feel bad and I can do what not a things to him/her and I will never give a call back to him.At situation I will call him and keep in waiting list for him because "EVERY ACTION HAS AN OPPOSITE AND EQUAL REACTION".Revenge is sweeter than honey.Will you take revenge or not?

Hi,
For the first scenario, I will wait till the person has finished up his conversation and free,then only I will call him/her back again. It is no point to keep calling him/her since the message is telling you that he/she is on another line.
I am not that persistent type and I am willing to wait for another party to be free,then only I will have a conversation with him/her.
For the second scenario,when I was on another line and busy,I prefer not to get disturb by another party. I will tell that person that I am not free to talk to
him/her now, and I will get back to him/her when I am free. By giving this reason,
I believe that person can understand well.
Unless the person that calls me is on urgent basis,then I might stop the current line and tell that person I have something urgent now,then only I will switch to talk to the person that call me urgently.
