Can you get a physical paypal card by just providing debit card info?

Can you get a physical paypal card to use off of the internet by just providing debit card info? A friend of mine was curious and I don't really know the answer to help him out.

Yeah I looked that for'em and it didn't really help. It appears as though you can only get one with a credit card from what I keep reading everywhere.

You have to pay some extra bucks in order to get a physical paypal card. You can get answer of all of your queries regarding paypal, by conticting them on the help tab of Paypal site.

I think you misunderstood me as I don't see where you get that you would have to pay for an actual debit card.
