Sadness

Have you been really sad that you just fee like crying every night? Wow....that is just how I feel lately because of many things that I don't know how to handle it.

Cry till you get satisfied but do your sadness over? I think NO, right? Don't cry and think about good things happened to you.

Yes, I have. I was diagnosed with severe depression in 2006. I feel sad alot of the time. Sometimes much more than others. You need to try to exercise every day, be sure you getting plenty of sleep, and if you feel the least bit like life just isn't worth it anymore seek help! You are probably alittle depressed and you need to take special care of yourself for next few weeks. If you aren't feeling better by then go to the doctor.

Certainly I have such expenience like you,I once felt too much heavy pressure on my shoulders that I can't undertake it more. Don't be ashamed about that emotion,it is quite normal and common.You needn't hide it totally in your heart,you can cry as possible as you can(if condition is available.I think it is a good way to drain off your bad emotion and decrease the sense of pressure.I hope you can convert to positive attitude again soon.God bless you.I

Yes, it happens many times with me. I have many problems, duetowhich i feel sad and starts crying. There is no one with whom i could share my feelings, so cry a lot daily. Well crying give some kind of relief this is true.

Sometimes, but I will think of solutions to those problems so that by next day I can solve and manage those things bothering me..........

Hi mspitot, Crying is not bad if it is applied on the correct mode. Do cry when you feel like , it reduces your stress and tension and emotional bindings. But the thing is that when you are tioo sad do not think of the negatives.

although you cry all night even although your tears became water pus, it was not the right answer for your problem. Lift your hands and pray to god. That's the real answer to your problem

Hi, May be you don't need to HANDLE them at all. May be you are just supposed to surrender them to God and let him handle them on behalf of you. Think about it dear. Thanks. God bless you

Yes it happens to me sometimes, especially when things get on top of me. I am someone who tends to bottle a lot of things up, so I then end up taking on too much stress and breakdown, because I end up thinking about everything. I think the only way to handle it is to take time, and try and motivate yourself to do something, keep your mind active this way, your mind has not too much time to think. If it is when you go to bed, try and read a book or something that will make you feel very drowsy that you would just fall asleep. Don't forget though that the fact that you are able to cry is a good thing, because it actually helps you to release some of the sadness that you feel. If you could not cry, and you carried so much sadness with you, then you could end up really unwell. I hope that you feel better soon. Hugs.

Yes i do feel sad at time but not so much that i always cry out. I do cry at times but only when i am alone i cry. The rest the time i pretty much figure out what made me sad and what i could do to overcome it. I always find a way out for myself. So i am at an advantage there because i know what made me sad and work things out for myself. Just as day comes after night i know that after sadness will be happiness.

let me just start by asking if your period is around the corner? anyway, life can be overwhelming at times and it doesn't help for women to have hormones contributing to the heaviness that this life brings. if you think what you're going through is beyond you, get some outside help. maybe you'll get a different perspective after talking it over with somebody. hope you feel brighter soon.:)
