Working in a call center firm is very decisive much more to those operators. On the part of workers like me and anybody else we know that this is not a lifetime career for us but because of the sudden job popularity, people here are encouraged to work instead of working outside boarder. On the other hand, for those operators who are investing time, effort and patience to run a business like this, they need to provide everything to keep it effective, sensible and profitable of course.
Call Center life here in the Philippines is measured as the practical work these days. When it comes to accessibility, Filipinos are highly capable because of being flexible. There are people working even part time for this kind of job while studying. Reasons why foreign countries want to outsource here because they believed on the talents , intelligence and lifestyles of some Asian countries especially here in the Philippines.

As per my opinion i find a call center life as a very interesting thing.First and foremost thing is we learn a good English., we will improve our vocabularies. It would be very interesting interacting with different kinds of customers as we would learn a lot about the lifestyle of other people.About their culture, how they lead their life etc..In call center their are different types of shift where we work. There is morning shift that is Australian process, afternoon shift that is U.K.process and finally there is night shift that is US process.I love to work in a call center.

I surely agree with you. To add, being a call center agent may be stressful but there are also times that this Job is actually fun. I really enjoy those night outs with my new found friends on our payday

I've got two friends who quit their jobs as call center agents coz they could not handle the stress. Compared my one friend who had received a respectable salary, my other friend complained about her compensation, and I'm telling you it's not really a pretty figure. Yeah, you get to hang out with people of your age, but you cannot deny that it is indeed a stressful job. For me, I never considered this job, even though there are a lot of job openings for this position in our place. And yeah, I thought it was a good decision...
