Tired of delete unwanted mails

Seriously i'm very tired about unwanted mail from unwanted persons,company. many of online promoting company always sending mails to my mail id. i don't know how to find my email ids and how to i stop this mails. any software available in market for this problem. pls suggest some ideas or software for that. its really very helpful to me. everyday i deleted,deleting thousands of mails from my mail box.

Well i hardly find interesting to delete and clean my inbox. Sometimes my mailbox becomes full..and hence i sit a whole day to delete :(

I always add the emails I don't want to "spam" which is usually somewhere on your email page and then they automatically go into a spam folder which I can empty every so often. You still might need to quickly check the spam folder before you empty it in case some genuine mail ended up in it.
