Do you guys have trouble sleeping at night? I do.. When I'm on the internet for a very long time, more than 3 hours, I'd have trouble sleeping at night. And I travel a lot between France and Malaysia, so I'm always jetlagged and could not get my normal sleep time unless I force myself to sleep at night by tiring myself at daytime (doing sports and such). How about you guys? Having trouble sleeping because of the internet?

Insomniac isn't the right term lilmuchang.. It's nocturnal! HAHAHA! Because of my job, I get used to working at night and sleeping at daylight! By 9am, I sleep and wake up by 5pm.. I stayed awake from 5pm-9am.. heheh. so that's why I'm still awake at this time, it is 2:48 am here in our country.. :) be blessed!

NEVER because of Internet....disturbing things that you observe during the day in your work....YES!...but it has nothing to do with the internet...you watch news...it's ALWAYS disturbing..be it the news from your country or others...see the face of your colleague... it's the face of your enemy...see the face of your relatives..its the face of critics...when finally you are on your own...you tend to remember all THOSE faces and of-course you would loose some sleep...you are bound to...it's only HUMAN...stop concentrating on THAT..and you might get some peaceful sleep...Hope so...my best wishes...

Sometimes, especially since its summer. It gets hot and sometimes its hard to cool down. We don't have air conditioning, and the fans irritate my sinuses sometimes since i have allergies. And the worst thing is sleeping well for a few hours then someone barging into the room and waking me up, then i can't go to sleep at that point, and if i do it won't be as deep a sleep as i was in before. I try to do something relaxing before i go to bed, like taking a hot bath or getting fresh air. If i excercise before sleep, i'll be tense and won't fall asleep.

Well, I took a nap at 6pm and woke up at 10pm. So now it is almost midnight, and I'm awake. In the past, I have had horrible insnomnia. Once, I was awake for four days straight. That was miserable, and thankfully a long time ago. Usually now, I can at least grab four hours of good sleep. I hope you get some sleep yourself!

hi I dont think its so much the net as it is for me stress and worrrying about things when I do get in bed plu s my roomie having memory loss problems. so I do not blame the net as much as real life problems we all run into at times like doctor appointments and such. I am on the net ten hours so its not the net its life itself for me.

I've always had trouble sleeping, but I don't think it was because of any sort of activity I did, such as go on the computer. It's just the way my brain operates; it takes a long time to settle down. It's awful during the school year. At the most, I get five hours of sleep a night. In fact, I'm pretty sure the dark circles under my eyes are permanent.
But I've actually thought about it and I think my sleeping habits are much more nocturnal than insomnia-related. During the day it usually takes me a mere 15-20 minutes to fall asleep, while at night, it takes me at LEAST 45 minutes, sometimes stretching to over three hours.

Well yes, my vacations are on and so, I used to work for late at night and get up late as well. Now I am realizing that even if I am trying to sleep early at night i cant. No matter what time I lie down to sleep, I dont fall asleep before my usual time.
It can really be frustating at times. I cant get my proper sleep at night.
I dont know whether its insomnia or what , but it is really disgusting.
anyways, I am hopeful once my college will start I'll again come in a proper schedule but as of now, I guess I have turned Insomniac.

Yes, as a matter of fact I do have trouble sleeping at night because of the internet. But that's only because I take care of my three little boys in the morning and I never get enough time to do my work online so I compensate by staying up late to do it. At first, I was staying up til 10, I consider that late because we have to wake up at 5 in the morning. Then it got to midnight. Now, I can stay up as late as 2am, then regret it when I wake up 3 hours later. Think I should just quit the internet? lol

Yup, I am.. I dont know how to explain it. But im more active in the evening, I want to do my activities in the late evening. Making this a routine makes it hard for me to have enough sleep. I spend my whole night watching TV and surfing the net.
