Sure. Depending on the specific race. I would say there's at most 1 or 2 races in which I find the people unattractive.
Ironically though, and I wager there are few people like this, but the 1 or 2 races which I find unattractive, I find at the same exact time to be the most friendly polite people I have ever met. They are so nice, so warm and friendly, so open and have great hospitality. I love to hang out with those people when I can. Unfortunately I no longer have the chance.

We all belong to the same race.
I live in Italy but I am English and have been in contact and worked with people from many different countries. Some of them had a physical appearance typical of the country where they were born and not from where I am from but this has never been cause to describe them as 'ugly'. Indeed I have no definition for that word.
Some are lucky to be particularly beautiful and others are just very much the same - and that is as far as my thoughts go.

Following is my thinking about other races:
1. Chinese and Korean have beautiful skin texture
2. Japanese is a hard worker
3. Spanish is very sensual
4. Philippines girls are pretty, while the boys are handsome
5. British, the English is is melodious
6. German is down to earth people
7. USA is so free
8. Australian is like friends
etc.
Well, those are my own thinking, you may have your own thinking.

Other races can be beautiful as well, but I prefer my race. Although I think this can't be considered as a racist attitude, it is normal for everybody to be attracted by his own race.

There are certain people that I find I'm not attracted to. I won't say as to not offend anyone. But I definitely don't consider them to be ugly. And I also don't think it's anything racial more than it's just my personal preference for whatever reason.
