Does anyone ever use commonsense service?

There were many services available for different kind of cell phone users. Some people only have a cell phone for emergency usage; while others use cell phone for business, or its only communication devices. So there were many different plan suitable for different people. Commonsense is newly launched service for people doesn't make calls that much, and it is really cheap in its rate charge. I just wonder if anyone ever use this service, would its coverage wide enough?
