Fusion or Classic Sushi?

Whats your opinion ? I dont really like the innovations that fusion brings on the sushi stage,maybe because I'm more a fish fan than "looks good,tastes good" And some of the things they put into fusion sushi really dont match :S What is your opinion is more important ;)

I prefer "classic", though some of the fusion can be tasty. The thing is, what we consider classic isn't even what real sushi was like when it first came about. It was really all about preserving the fish, the rice wasn't even meant to be eaten. And nowadays, depending on where you go, the big fuss is over the rice in more "classic" sushi, not the fish. Seems strange to me...

I think it is a fad that will go away - or maybe I just hope it will!!!
