How can we run after online job scammers?

For almost 1 year now, I had been doing online job. When I was just reading different advertisements, it is so encouraging to join various online job with the hope of earning something on my free time, when I am home, something like that. And I joined several online job, different programs etc and etc. Until such time, that I reach the minimum payout, I was more than excited to encash it. And the problem now is that majority of the sites I joined with turned out to be a scam. So I can't help but ask, how can we run after online job scammers? Is there is existing policies that would best warn these people or group who are just trying to fool us in anyway possible when our intention is just to earn something maybe for our kids and all that? I'll appreciate your kind response to this. Thanks a lot.
