I am a new orkut user,I every time I have facing a problem to find out who is on line.how to find out who is on line?

It will be displayed automatically at a sidebar of your orkut home page. You should take the the small window and you can see who are online.

use the new orkut here same like facebook you will have a bar at the bottom right showing the online friends
