Once you see a promotion, hit the option to create your own promotion. rest is as easy as one two threee

I don't know orkut but make sure the friends you have are targeted to what you're promoting. You wouldn't want to promote a 100 dollar minimum deposit site to a bunch of poor guys, just an example although very ridiculous or viagra pills to women, even a more ridiculous example.
