PayPal should be available in Vietnam

I am so sorry that I do not have a PayPal account so I cannot get paid. I do hope Vietnamese people should raise our voices.

Well, maybe MyLot hasn't updated yet. But I think no sooner, Vietnam will be available on this site. Be patient and keep enjoy sharing ideas with others.

What's the reason that PayPal is unavailable in Viet Nam? It seems unlikely that PayPal would want to limit their market, so is it being blocked by the Vietnamese government for some reason?
