credit card withdrawals cancelled in PayPal to India users

hey people did u get the news
i just received a email from paypal that credit card withdrawals have been cancelled to india users.
we can only request for a cheque withdrawals but the good news is that the $5 charge for cheque withdrawal will be returned to ouy paypal account
so it means free cheque withdrawal until electronic payment if fixed

i wonder why they are only doing that to india maybe because theres a lot of fraudulent activity from india users thats why. i heard that a lot from india tried to use different account in different name in the same site, they didnt think that internet is more wiser than them and that they cant scape from it.

I just wonder why Paypal suspend or cancelled credit cards to Indian subscriers. Perhaps your government doesn't believe in internet banking thinking all this things will lead its people to be scammed later on.
