Are you unable to have children and if so how do you feel about that ?

I have three children ages 17,15 and 8 and after I had my last son in 2002 I got a Tubal ligation, At the time I was 26 years old and with three children I thought that I didn't want to have anymore children. Well in 2008 I had some health issues and had to have surgery and again they had to remove a lot of my female parts that are needed to have children. Before having these things done I had my mind made up that I was finished having children and now I keep having thoughts that I want one and I even have dreams that I am pregnant to the point I can feel the baby moving. I wonder am I alone with this type of thoughts.

I had a tubal ligation after my son was born nearly four years ago. At that point I had a daughter aged four years old and a son that was newborn. I had determined at that time that I was done having children. However, now that my son is a bit older, I almost regret the decision because I miss that feeling of being needed and such and I would love to have another baby. I do occasionally dream that I'm pregnant again, but I know that it is only a dream.
