With all the hype of the Twilight series and the money maid for the Potter and Rings, what book would you like to see be turned into media (Big screen or small)? I wouldn't mind seeing more Christopher Pike books get made (the one that did get made into a TV movie was not the best book), I preferred him over RL Stine too. Also LJ Smith, WHY didn't they go for the Nightworld instead of her Vampire Diaries series? NW and her Dark Visions series are much better than VD. It would be fun to see my favorite teen years books get popular again.

I think its a good idea that they make books into movies. I have been waiting for some of my favorite author's books to be made into movies but it seems that its not going to happen cause the author doesnt allow it.

I could go through my shelf of books and list a ton that I would like made into a movie...a good movie! No low budget crap movies lol. One book that, if done right, would make a great movie is Stephen King's newest, Under the Dome. That was an incredible book and I would like to see it make the big screen! It could be a great movie!

I'm hoping that Walden Media gets to adapt all 7 of the Chronicles of Narnia books... especially Horse and His Boy, Magician's Nephew, and The Last Battle. Those three have never been adapted to film, and they're my favorites. I'm also hoping to see The Hunger Games adapted and more of my favorite high-fantasy novels. I thought that Lord of the Rings would really launch more high fantasy movies... but it's been slow-going.

We've seen 2 of Dan Brown's novel turn into a movie already (Da Vinci Code & Angels & Demons). But there are two more novels that not yet hit the big screen (Deception Point and Digital Fortress). I haven't read though the latest one - The Lost Symbol that was released last year. I am such a fan!
