Phone Transfer Software

I have a Samsung SCH-r470 TwoStep™ (US Cellular) and recently took a dip with it so I'm having to go back to a Moto Razr. The phone itself works and I can use it I just cannot us the screen. I got all my pictures and contacts transferred over to the Razr but I need a program that will allow me access to the phones folders so i can transfer all my custom ring tones off. I have the transfer cable that you need just cannot find a program that is Windows Vista compatible. Does anyone have any suggestions and if so can you possibly supply me with a link. Thanks

Try talking to your network. I once had a faulty phone completely crash on me. I had downloaded several ringtones that were unrecoverable. The network then gave me credit for the ringtones that let me download them again.

Well that is a good idea to consider but like I said they are custom ring tones. I made them myself and then uploaded them. I did not download them using any of their stuff so that is not even an option.
