how to make difference during the University?

I heard from somebody that the HongKong university system is very tough. He was actually from HongKong but he migrated to the Philippines. He said that some examination will determine which school you can attend. And if you do not make good, you will be stuck in a second-class university. He was afraid for his children so he chose to live in our country. Anyway, you are planning to attend graduate school. So, the conditions may be different. I don't really know what kind of difficulties you may encounter in your studies, but I can relate to your concerns. I, too, am disappointed with the university system. I'm attending law school right now and I feel that the university, in general, do not know how to teach students so they can learn without getting stressed. Just continue posting here. Somebody may read your post and offer advice that is right for you.
