i have group of computers in a network where it is affected with sailty worm. causing the netowrk slow down and packet loss. can any body tell me how to prevent this worm from furthur destruction ? did anybody face the same issue?please help me out

Install ESET NOD32 anti-virus one each system, update the software, and scan all the PCs with it. It will clean all the computers, and when all the PCs are clean, activate the network and see if it works. I can guarantee you that your PCs will get clean, and the whole network will become safer forever. You can later purchase the software, and run it on the server. You can get the user-names and passwords by going to the tutorial videos on YouTube. Search this 'ESET username and password'. Search for the latest videos. Good luck!

thanks for your valuable suggestions..!! I am already having anti virus in some systems..but those were also corrupted,now the problem is that when im trying to install new version on that the anti-virus engine is getting corrupting again shud i restart system in safe mode and do the operation?

i think installing a new anti virus might work....try to use tune-up utilities and registry scan ur system regularly..... hope it could help....
